【Instructions for use】 (1) Open the cap and inject water into the bladder. (2) Screw the cap to close. (3) Install the tube onto the connector valve of the bladder. (4) Double check the seal before putting it into your backpack.

【Important Notice】 (1) The temperature of the water should be between -20 and 50 degrees Celsius. The hydration bladder cannot hold juice, milk, soft drinks, liquor, etc. (2) Please soak the bladder for one hour in warm salt water (about 30-40 degrees Celsius) and then clean it before using. (The salt concentration should be around 7%.) (3) Clean with a mild detergent and rinse the reservoir thoroughly. Ensure that it is completely dry, both inside and outside, before storing. (4) Avoid contact with extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, and UV light, as these elements will damage the reservoir. (5) Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to avoid punctures. (6) Caution: Do not overtighten the cap in case it becomes difficult to open. (7) To maintain its best condition, we recommend replacing the bladder every 6 months.
